The Chancey Hill Inn, our romantic bed and breakfast in Georgia, is located on Chancey Drive in Hiawassee, GA, right up from the Town Square. The most striking feature of the property is the expansive, panoramic view of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and the picture-perfect vista of Lake Chatuge.

The Inn itself is two stories and houses five guest rooms. The design of the Inn allows for every room to share the stunning mountain vistas. The dining room enjoys three walls of windows, with a fireplace and high ceilings. There are two guest lounges at Chancey Hill Inn Bed & Breakfast - one on the Main Level and one downstairs on the Terrace Level. Each guest lounge has its own fireplace and plenty of space for relaxing, game-playing, visiting, or day planning. The Terrace Level common room is home to the Inn's library of potential rainy day reading material. The relaxed, traditional style of the Inn enhances the comfort of guests without being stuffy, formal, or imposing.
